TOB Broadcast provides a service that helps families respectfully share funeral announcements with Tamil communities worldwide through our website, YouTube channel, and other approved communication platforms.

By submitting an announcement, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or have the authority to act on behalf of the family.

• Have permission to provide all photographs, names, and information submitted.

• Understand these Terms & Conditions.

The person submitting an announcement is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Name of the deceased

• Dates and times

• Funeral venue

• Livestream details

• Family names

• Contact numbers

• Photographs

TOB Broadcast is not responsible for inaccuracies supplied by the submitter.

Every announcement is reviewed before publication.

We reserve the right to:

• Request additional information.

• Correct obvious spelling or formatting errors.

• Decline to publish announcements that contain false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

Publication is at the sole discretion of TOB Broadcast.

Approved announcements may be published on one or more of the following:

• TOB Broadcast website

• TOB Broadcast YouTube channel

• TOB Broadcast social media platforms

• Other communication channels operated by TOB Broadcast

Publication times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on the service selected, announcements may be published as:

Daily Community Broadcast

Multiple funeral announcements published together in a single broadcast.

Comments are disabled.

Dedicated Individual Announcement

A standalone announcement for a single family.

Condolence messages may be enabled where appropriate.

Where payment is required:

• Payment must be received before publication unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

• Once publication has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.

If TOB Broadcast is unable to publish an approved announcement for reasons within our control, a full refund will normally be provided.

Refunds will not normally be given where:

• Incorrect information was supplied.

• The customer decides to cancel after publication has begun.

• Publication is delayed because required information has not been provided.

By submitting photographs or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them.

You grant TOB Broadcast permission to:

• Display the submitted material.

• Edit or resize images for presentation.

• Publish the material as part of the funeral announcement.

Copyright remains with the original owner unless otherwise agreed.

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure announcements are published accurately, TOB Broadcast shall not be liable for:

• Typographical errors supplied by the customer.

• Technical interruptions beyond our control.

• Temporary website or platform outages.

• Delays caused by third-party services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

If funeral arrangements change after submission, we will make reasonable efforts to update the published announcement where practical.

Updates cannot always be guaranteed once an announcement has been published across multiple platforms.
